Description
This is a special opportunity we think all of our members will enjoy so we are opening this presentation and panel discussion up to all members. It will be a two-part series that spans October and November, please join us virtually for this unique opportunity!
October and November we will discuss one topic over two meetings.
“Unconscious Bias” at the work place.
Join us as the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum’s Ackerman Family Director of Education leads a discussion on Understanding Unconscious Bias. During this session, we will explore how unconscious bias works and discuss how it impacts our professions and role in the community. Learn from everyday examples and then participate in an interactive visual thinking activity unpacking unconscious bias. We will wrap up with the tools to begin to repair unconscious bias.
